You must have a good reputation.

Not my point. If we find out you’re a sleazeball only in it for the money. You’re out. 

Don’t worry, a few negative comments here and there is fine. It’s the internet, a free microphone. I just don’t want chronic a-wholes.
3.
You Can’t Be Cheap!
We are working on transforming you from an everyday real estate agent to a business entrepreneur. 

You will have to invest in marketing that works.

You will need to invest in tools to simplify your life to create more time for you to spend with clients closing deals. And of course, have a life. 
4.
